随着我国经济社会发展的转型升级,特别是城镇化战略的快速推进,建筑业在改善人民居住环境、提升生活品质中的地位凸显。装配式建筑具备绿色施工、节能环保、建造速度快等优点,它可以提高能源的利用率,还可以降低对生态环境的破坏。同时,BIM技术作为建筑业信息化的重要组成部分,给建筑行业发展带来了强大的推动力,其大力应用和发展,是我国建筑工业化的重要举措,也成为目前学术界研究的热点之一。鉴于此,本文重点针对BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用进行了分析,以供参考。
With the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic and social development, especially the rapid urbanization strategy, the construction industry plays a prominent role in improving people’s living environment and improving the quality of life. Assembled buildings with green construction, energy saving, construction speed, etc., it can improve the utilization of energy, but also can reduce the damage to the ecological environment. At the same time, BIM technology, as an important part of construction industry informatization, has brought a powerful impetus to the development of the construction industry. Its vigorous application and development are important measures for building industrialization in China and have become one of the hotspots in academic research at present . In view of this, this article focuses on the analysis of the application of BIM technology in fabricated buildings for reference.
