某综合楼建筑面积6200m~2,属于商业民宅综合用楼,自一九八九年六月开始桩基础施工。首层于同年十二月二十日动工开始主体工程施工,至1990年9月主体工程完成。1991年4月中旬开始装饰工程施工,至同年六月工地发现一层主体砌体多处出现裂缝,并且发展迅速,必须采取应急措施进行加固处理。 1.加固前情况前层纵墙砖砌体50个门窗洞口处墙垛,大多出现正向平面垂直裂缝,长达300mm,裂缝最宽处达300mm左右。北侧一层(G)轴与(40)轴相交墙垛基本压坏,
