国有企业面临许多困难,时日久长,现代企业制度的建立并不能解决所有国有企业的所有问题,因此,国有企业自身当务之急要做的,应该是增强企业自身的“抗病’能力和“免疫”能力,与宏观经济体制改革相适应,与现代企业制度的建立相适应。也就是说,国有企业要从内部管理着手,练内功,从管理中要效益,抢利润。
