目的 :观察与测量新疆维吾尔族学龄前儿童鼻部的形态及间距 ,为鼻部畸形、缺损的修复和整容及体质人类学、生长 (年龄 )解剖学提供参考依据。方法 :利用活动直脚规和弯脚规对 2 40例 3~ 6岁面部发育正常的儿童鼻部进行鼻全长、鼻背长、鼻高、鼻翼长、鼻翼高、形态面高的测量 ,观察鼻尖、鼻基部、鼻孔、鼻侧面形态及鼻翼沟形态与鼻唇沟的关系。 结果 :观察项目中各项男、女性别间均有明显差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;测量项目中各项年龄组间及性别间也有明显差异 ,并以此推出鼻全长与形态面高 ,鼻全长与鼻背长两项回归方程。结论:提供新疆维吾尔族学龄前儿童鼻部活体测量正常值及形态面高与鼻背长两项回归方程。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and measure the nasal shape and distance of preschool children in Uygur Xinjiang, and to provide a reference for anatomy and growth of human nasal deformities and defects, cosmetic anthropology and growth (age). Methods: The total nasal length, nasal length, nasal height, length of nose, height of nose, height of face and height of 240 children aged 3-6 years old The relationship between nasal tip, nasal base, nostril, nasal shape, nasal sinus groove and nasolabial fold. Results: There was a significant difference between male and female in the observation items (P <0.01). There were also significant differences among all age groups and between sexes in the survey items, Face height, nose length and nose back two regression equation. CONCLUSION: Two regression equations are provided for the normal nasal nasal measurements, as well as the height of the nasal area and nasal dorsal length in preschool children in Uyghur Xinjiang.
