                                目的为探讨中长途旅客列车乘务员应具备什么样的个性特征。方法本文采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对230名旅客列车乘务员进行调查,其中男69名,平均年龄30.57岁,女161名,平均年龄30.60岁。结果男性客运乘务员< 30岁、30~39岁组E量表分均高于常模,并有极显著性差异( P< 0.001),< 30、30~39岁组 P量表分均低于常模( P< 0.01),> 40岁组与常模接近 P> 0.05)。女性,< 30岁、30~39岁组 E量表分均高于常模( P< 0.001)。各年龄组P量表分均低于常模(P<0.01)男性和女性的各年龄组N量表、L量表分均与常模接近(P>0.01)。结论经校标校正后认为外向稳定型的人更适合担任旅客列车乘务工作。
The purpose is to explore what kind of personality characteristics of mid-long distance passenger train attendants should have. Methods In this study, 230 passenger train attendants were surveyed by EPQ. Among them, 69 were males, with an average age of 30.57 years and 161 females, with an average age of 30.60 years. Results Male passenger attendants <30 years old, 30-39 years old group E scale scores were higher than the norm, and there was a significant difference (P <0.001), <30,30 to 39 years old group P scale sub-average Lower than normotensive group (P <0.01),> 40 years old group and normotensive group (P> 0.05). Women, <30 years old, 30-39 years old group E scale scores were higher than the norm (P <0.001). The P-scores of all age groups were lower than those of the norm (P <0.01) of men and women in all age groups. The L-scale scores were close to the norm (P> 0.01). Conclusions After the school calibration, it is considered that people with outward stability are more suitable for passenger train work.
