以月季资源月月粉、大马士革蔷薇和百叶蔷薇为材料,采用顶空固相微萃取技术,比较分析了其盛开期花瓣和雄蕊香气成分差异。结果表明:不同材料及同一材料的花瓣和雄蕊香味物质的种类及相对含量差别明显。月月粉的主要香气物质是芳香烃、萜烯类,其中,1,3,5-三甲氧基苯是其特征香味成分;大马士革和百叶蔷薇的主要香味成分组成基本一致,花瓣主要成分是2-苯乙醇,相对含量约占69%,二者微量香气差别成分是榄香醇、甲基丁香酚、香叶酯;丁香酚在3种材料的雄蕊中均存在,且是大马士革和百叶蔷薇的主要成分,而在花瓣中不含有。此研究结果为从这些月季资源中克隆相应的关键酶基因奠定基础,同时为重要花香物质的分子调控机制提供理论依据。
The monthly rose powder, damask rose and rosebud were used as materials, and the headspace solid phase microextraction technique was used to analyze the difference of the aroma components of petals and stamens at the blooming period. The results showed that the species and relative content of the petals and the stamens of different materials and the same material differed significantly. The main aroma substances of moon and moon powder are aromatic hydrocarbons and terpenes, among which 1,3,5-trimethoxybenzene is the characteristic fragrance component; the main fragrance components of damask and rose are basically the same, the main component of petals is 2 - phenylethanol, the relative content of about 69%, the two trace aroma difference components are elemene, methyl eugenol, geraniol; eugenol exist in the stamens of three kinds of materials, and is the main Damascus and louver Composition, but not in petals. The results of this study lay the foundation for cloning the corresponding key enzyme genes from these seasonal resources and provided the theoretical basis for the molecular regulation of important floral substances.
