受限于龙王头湾大桥21#墩桥台处地形及地质特点,移动模架施工面临较大的施工难度,为确保方案编制经济合理、施工安全,其首跨拼装更是重中之重,结合项目自身工程特点,经过多次方案比选与论证,最终选择了分节拼装、逐节顶推的首跨施工工艺。文章围绕影响首跨施工的因素,详细介绍了项目前期准备、临时措施、前鼻梁、主梁、过孔等工序施工控制措施。
Due to the topography and geological features of 21 # piers and abutments of Longwangtou Bay Bridge, the construction of mobile formwork faces greater difficulty in construction. In order to ensure the economical and reasonable construction of the plan and the construction safety, the first-span assembly is the most important task. Combined with the characteristics of the project itself, after several comparison and selection of programs and argumentation, the final choice of the sub-assembly, the first section by section to promote the first cross-construction process. In this paper, the construction control measures such as pre-project preparation, interim measures, anterior nasal bridge, main beam and vias are introduced in detail around the factors affecting the first-span construction.
