目的以高良姜中的专属性成分高良姜素为标准品 ,用HPLC法测定高良姜素的含量 ,制定高良姜的质量标准。方法用高效液相法测定了 10个不同地区的高良姜样品中高良姜素的含量 ,色谱柱 :HypersilODS ;检测波长 :2 6 7nm ;柱温 :4 0℃ ;流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .5 %磷酸 (5 8∶4 2 ) ;流速 :1mL/min。结果与结论本方法简便、可靠、重现性好 ,可作为高良姜质量控制的方法。据高良姜素含量的离散程度 ,提出了高良姜素的限量标准为不少于 6 .0mg/g,提高了高良姜的质量控制标准
Objective To determine the content of galangin by HPLC using galangin, a specific ingredient in galangal, as the standard, and to establish the quality standards for galangal. Methods The content of galangin in galangal samples from 10 different regions was determined by HPLC. Column: Hypersil ODS; detection wavelength: 267 nm; column temperature: 40 °C; mobile phase: methanol - 0.5 % Phosphoric acid (5 8:42); Flow rate: 1 mL/min. Results and Conclusions This method is simple, reliable, and reproducible, and can be used as a method for quality control of galangal. According to the dispersion degree of galangin content, it is proposed that the limit standard of galangin is not less than 6.0 mg/g, which improves the quality control standard of galangal.
