在周期性热传导和弹性地基梁的基础上 ,分析了环境温度变化对机床基础热变形的影响规律。结果表明 ,随着基础深度的增加 ,基础温度分布为呈负指数规律递减的简谐波 ,且变形主要集中在距基础两端距离为π/( 2 β)以内。为此 ,本文提出双层基础这一新结构 ,使上层基础处于非主要变形区 ,且使其自重变形能够自动补偿环境温度变化引起的热变形 ,从而提高了机床的加工精度及其稳定性
On the basis of periodic heat conduction and elastic foundation beam, the influence of ambient temperature on the thermal deformation of machine tool foundation is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the basic depth, the basic temperature distribution is a simple harmonic with a decreasing negative exponential law, and the deformation mainly concentrates within π / (2 β) away from both ends of the foundation. Therefore, this paper proposes a new double-layer structure, which makes the foundation of the upper layer non-main deformation area and makes it self-weight deformation can automatically compensate for thermal deformation caused by environmental temperature changes, thus improving the machining accuracy and stability of the machine tool
