采用局部解剖及辅以网膜囊无压力液体灌注充盈法对２５例成人尸体的大网膜间隙是否存在及相关问题进行调查观测。结果：大网膜上、下径ｘ＝４２．０±１．５ｃｍ（１５．０～４５．０）；２５例均无完全性大网膜间隙存在；１８例有部分性大网膜间隙存在（占７２％），间隙上、下径ｘ＝１７．５±１．５ｃｍ（１０．０～２３．０）；７例无大网膜间隙存在（占２８％）。这对认识大网膜间隙、网膜境界及分区等有一定数据参考意义；对临床及影像学检查诊断网膜囊积液亦有一定应用价值。
Using local anatomy and supplemented with pressure-free liquid filling the omentum capsule filling method of 25 cases of adult corpus omentum gap exists and related problems were investigated. Results: The diameter of upper and lower omentum was x = 42.0 ± 1.5cm (15.0 ~ 45.0). There was no complete omentum space in 25 cases. There were 18 cases of partial omentum gap (72%). The upper and lower diameters of the gap were x = 17.5 ± 1.5cm (10.0 ~ 23.0). There were 7 cases without omental gap (28%). This understanding of the omentum gap, omentum realm and zoning and other data have some reference value; for clinical and imaging diagnosis of omental sac effusion also has some value.
