在现实中,我们常会遇到一个体育教师的体育中考成绩或体育高考成绩很好,但却上不出一节很好的优质教学课。而有些能上出非常好的优质教学课的体育老师也会出现所教学生的体育成绩不如那些教学水平一般的老师。这是为什么呢?究其原因,无非是优质教学并非等同于有效教学。如何将优质教学提升为有效教学,我认为反思是关键,所以我们要进行教学反思。
In reality, we often encounter a physical education teacher physical examination scores or physical college entrance examination scores very good, but it does not come out a good high-quality teaching class. However, some PE teachers who are able to teach very good high-quality teaching classes also appear to be less able to teach PE than those who teach at a normal level. This is why? The reason is that quality teaching is not equivalent to effective teaching. How to improve the quality of teaching for effective teaching, I think reflection is the key, so we have to conduct teaching reflection.
