我国高速公路发展迅速,截至1999年,通车里程已达11605公里,居世界第三位。根据高速公路和公路运输的特点,网络化管理才能充分发挥其使用效益。随着我国高速公路的迅速增加和路网规模的逐步扩大,加快推行高速公路网络化管理,已显得尤为紧迫。 一、网络化管理是发展方向 高速公路网络化管理,是将现代工程技术、信息技术、通信技术、控制技术、传感技术等综合 技术有效地运用于高速公路养护、收费、监控、通 讯安全管理系统,是一项需付出长期努力的系统 工程。它的近期目标是: 1.利用先进的技术和科学的手段,对高速 公路的道路及其设施进行良好的维护,使其经常 保持良好的使用状态。
