社区建设是契合当前我国社会转型时期的时代特征和要求而展开的一项系统而复杂的工程。社区建设过程中,在社区成员中培育起较强的归属感,既是社区建设的重要目标和价值追求,同时也是检验社区建设成败的关键因素。现实中,社区生活条件满意度、社区事务参与度、社区人际关系和居住年限是影响社区成员归属感形成的主要因素。因此,社区建设中必须通过搞好社区生活条件建设,提高社区成员满意度;加强社区民主政治建设,提高社区成员参与度;强化社区精神文明建设,营造良好的人际关系等途径来培育社区成员的社区归属感。
