脑出血是神经内科及神经外科的最严重的常见病.病死率高,有些病人通过内科保守治疗,可能治愈.但有些病人必须通过手术即血肿清除术才有可能得到治愈.我院2002-01～11月期间,通过手术治疗58例.男性37例,女性21例.最小年龄28岁,最大年龄81岁.现将手术配合的体会报告如下.
