目的:探究3D打印技术在皮肤缺损伤口个体化治疗中的应用意义。方法:回顾性分析2014年5月-2015年4月皮肤伤口减张器治疗的皮肤缺损患者4例,共4处创面。利用3D打印技术和计算机辅助设计软件UG(Unigraphics NX)的帮助,个体化设计皮肤伤口减张器作用于患者创面行皮肤减张。结果:4处创面均未行皮瓣移植,其中2处创面为一期愈合;剩余2处因伤口感染为二期愈合。随访卜6月,伤口愈合处瘢痕柔软,未发生再次破溃、感染,减张口邻近关节活动良好。结论:借助3D打印技术制成的皮肤减张器具有个体化、减张效果好、伤口疼痛轻、瘢痕小,并可根据伤口张力特点随时灵活调节等特点,临床治疗效果满意。
Objective: To explore the application significance of 3D printing technology in the individualized treatment of skin defect wounds. Methods: A total of 4 wounds were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015. With the help of 3D printing technology and UG (Unigraphics NX), the skin wound varistor is individually designed to act on the wound surface of the patient to reduce the skin. Results: None of the wounds were implanted with skin flap. Among them, two wounds were healed one time and the remaining two wounds were cured by second wound healing. Follow-up BU June, wound healing scar soft, did not occur again rupture, infection, reduction of mouth near the joint activity well. CONCLUSIONS: The skin atlas decompression device made by 3D printing technology is characterized by individualization, good reduction effect, light wound pain and small scar, and can be flexibly adjusted according to the characteristics of wound tension at any time. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
