目的通过对美罗华(利妥昔单抗)输注过程的观察研究,总结美罗华输注不良反应的预防和护理体会。方法观察2007年11月～2008年12月,一例患非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B细胞性)的患者,采用CHOP+美罗华方案进行8次化疗。输注前后应用激素等预防护理的方法减少药物的不良反应。结果预防护理成功减少美罗华的输注不良反应,并有效防止并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize the prevention and nursing experience of the infusion of rituximab by rituximab (rituximab) infusion process. Methods From November 2007 to December 2008, one patient with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (B-cell lymphoma) was treated with 8 CHOP + rituximab chemotherapy. Before and after infusion of hormones and other preventive care methods to reduce the adverse drug reactions. Results Prevention Nursing successfully reduced the adverse reactions of Rituximab and effectively prevented the occurrence of complications.
