管理不善的集中空调通风系统已成为建筑室内空气污染的主要源头之一。为了更有效地控制室内空气污染,本文对长沙市15栋大型公共建筑的集中空调通风系统夏季污染状况进行了调查。结果显示:送风中PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为76%、61%和52%;风管内表面积尘量、积尘中细菌总数和真菌总数超标率分别为55%、45%和34%;室内PM10、细菌总数和真菌总数超标率分别为26%、31%和20%。此外,在2栋建筑的空调系统冷却水中检出了嗜肺军团菌。由调查结果可知,长沙市大型公共建筑的集中空调通风系统和建筑室内都存在较为严重的污染。
Poorly managed central air conditioning and ventilation systems have become one of the major sources of indoor air pollution in buildings. In order to control indoor air pollution more effectively, this paper investigates the summer pollution status of central air-conditioning and ventilation system in 15 large-scale public buildings in Changsha City. The results showed that the over-standard rate of PM10, total bacteria and total fungi were 76%, 61% and 52%, respectively. The amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct, the total number of bacteria in the dust and the total number of fungi were 55%, 45% 34% respectively. Indoor PM10, total number of bacteria and total fungi exceeded the standard by 26%, 31% and 20% respectively. In addition, Legionella pneumophila was detected in the air-conditioning cooling water of two buildings. From the survey results, we can see that the large-scale public buildings in Changsha, central air conditioning and ventilation systems and indoor are more serious pollution.
