前庭神经炎为一种急性前庭衰竭的疾病,首先由Rutin于1909年提出,1952年Dix和Hallpike对前庭神经炎综合征作了描述。我院1983年至1990年收治6例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组6例,男4例,女2例。年龄24—42岁,平均37.5岁。2例发病前有上呼吸道感染史,1例有牙痛史。其中2例为同一家庭成员,相隔1个月先后发病,另2例为同事间2友,几乎同时发病。6例起病方式均呈突发性,表现为重度旋转性眩晕,4例可诉出旋转方向。眩晕3—7天减轻,其中2例1周消失, Vestibular neuritis is a disease of acute vestibular failure, first proposed by Rutin in 1909 and in 1952 by Dix and Hallpike describing vestibular neuritis syndrome. Our hospital from 1983 to 1990 admitted to 6 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 6 patients, 4 males and 2 females. Age 24-42 years old, average 37.5 years old. 2 cases before the onset of upper respiratory tract infection, 1 case of a history of toothache. Two of them were from the same family member, separated one month later and the other two cases were between two colleagues of colleagues, almost simultaneously. The onset of 6 cases were sudden, showed severe rotational dizziness, 4 cases may appeal to the direction of rotation. Dizziness 3-7 days to reduce, of which 2 cases disappeared one week,
