了解蝶窦解剖结构是经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤手术的基础,而蝶窦的解剖变异发生率高,变异形式多样。神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路手术是垂体肿瘤手术的理想方式。该术式保持了鼻腔的正常解剖结构,具有微创、并发症少、住院时间短、疗效满意等优点,并能用于处理一些需要与垂体肿瘤鉴别的病变;但也存在三维效果较差、操作要求高、止血困难等不足。将内窥镜技术与显微技术、立体定向、神经导航技术及高清晰电视技术等多学科技术相结合,最大限度发挥各种技术的优点,减少和避免手术并发症,是垂体肿瘤手术治疗的重要研究方向。
