以工业菌粉作种子,农副产品为原料,在室内盘架上一次接种一次发酵的方法叫做盘架一步扩大法。一步扩大法工艺流程是:拌料——消毒——接种——发酵——干燥——包装——计数——贮存或使用。一、常用培养基配方及配制(一)配方麸皮20斤、棉饼粉30斤、米糠28斤、玉米粉(或蚕豆粉)8斤、谷壳12斤、优质石灰粉2斤左右,水100—120斤。一般含蛋白质或含淀粉较丰富的农副产品都可作为生产“7216”杀虫菌的原料。由于配方的不同,其产品的毒力会有明显的差异。因此,在采取新配方大规模生产前,应作毒效试验。
