目的了解血粘度对视网膜中央动脉血流速度的影响。方法测定85例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血粘度和视网膜中央动脉血流速度。结果随着低切变率下全血粘度增大,右眼视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的最大血流速度(Vmax)下降(弱负相关P<0.01,r=-0.2634),随着高切变率下全血粘度、低切变率下全血粘度、血球压积的增大,左眼CRA的Vmax,平均血流速度(TAMX)下降(弱负相关,P<0.01,r<-0.35)。结论血粘度增大,糖尿病患者视网膜中央动脉血流速度下降
Objective To understand the influence of blood viscosity on the central retinal artery blood flow velocity. Methods The blood viscosity and central retinal artery blood velocity of 85 type Ⅱ diabetic patients were measured. Results With the increase of whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, the maximum blood flow velocity (Vmax) decreased in the central retinal artery (CRA) of the right eye (weak negative correlation P <0.01, r = -0.2634) Viscosity at high shear rate, whole blood viscosity at low shear rate, and increase in hematocrit, decreased Vmax and TAMX in the left eye (weak negative correlation, P <0.01 , R <-0.35). Conclusion The blood viscosity increased, and the velocity of the central retinal artery blood flow decreased in diabetic patients
