首先在建设项目群中的各个子项目恰当地设置关键投资控制点,根据传感器或评判专家得出各子项目投资控制状态及其隶属度,利用D-S信息融合原理对各子项目的投资MASS函数进行融合,然后获得整个项目群投资控制的状态,并据此采取相应措施,有效地实现了项目群投资的主动控制.研究结果表明,通过设置投资控制点并结合信息融合技术,可克服建设项目群过程复杂和因素多的问题,能有效地实施项目群的投资有序控制.
