本文对200名大三试本学生进行问卷调查,发现试本学生的动机水平普遍较低。经由线性结构方程模型(LISREL)得出所有的八个动机内部因素都对动机行为产生直接影响,但是只有六个内部因素即学习兴趣,效价,自我效能,掌握目标,学习焦虑和远期目的对动机行为产生间接影响。学习兴趣对学习动机产生总体最大影响,其余的影响力依次为:自我效能效价,掌握目标,长远目标,归因,焦虑,近期目标,态度和操作目标。并且对动机行为产生消极的影响只有学习焦虑这一个因素其他的都是积极影响。
In this paper, a survey of 200 junior students is conducted and found that the motivation of the students is generally low. All of the eight motivational internal factors have a direct effect on motivational behavior via the LISREL, but only six internal factors, namely, interest in learning, potency, self-efficacy, mastery of goals, learning anxiety, and long-term goals Indirect impact on motivation. Learning interests have the greatest overall impact on learning motivation. The remaining influences are: self-efficacy titres, mastery of goals, long-term goals, attribution, anxiety, short-term goals, attitudes and operational goals. And have a negative effect on motivation. Only one factor that learns about anxiety is others that have a positive impact.
