目前,国内铝电解生产,采用以冰晶石为溶剂、氧化铝为溶质的电解方法。生产过程中劳动强度大,易受高温、辐射热、磁场、粉尘、氟化氢等的影响。过去靠天窗无组织扩散,作业环境较差。淄博铝厂在1976年改建了电解槽吊门密闭排烟措施(见附图,下简称措施),经生产试用,效果较好。为此我们对措施前和措施后的不同效果,作了卫生学评价,供参考。
