美国克雷斯坦森公司制造的纳维钻具,是一种以循环流体作为动力的井底马达。它按莫伊纳原理进行工作,不转动钻杆,直接驱动钻头钻井,适用于侧钻、钻定向井、斜井、直井以及井下套管开窗等项钻井作业。该钻具利用清水、盐水泥浆,强腐蚀性泥浆、油基泥浆以及天然气和空气等各种类型的流体来驱动,均可有效地工作。 本文是作者根据去年11月间大港引进管理处对纳维钻具的验收及现场试用情况写成的,对今后我国使用和仿制该钻具有一定参考价值。
The Navier drill made by the United States Crestansen is a downhole motor powered by circulating fluid. It works according to the principle of Moina, does not rotate the drill rod, directly drives the drilling of the drill bit, and is suitable for drilling operations such as sidetracking, drilling directional wells, inclined shafts, vertical wells and downhole casing windows. The drill is driven by water, salt mud, highly corrosive mud, oil-based mud, and various types of fluids such as natural gas and air, all of which work efficiently. This article is written by the author based on the acceptance and field trial of Navitas drill introduced by Import Administration of Dagang in November last year and has certain reference value for the use and imitation of this drill in the future.
