Objective To observe the early lesions of vascular endothelial cells (EC) in gastric cancer interstitial tissues, and to explore the role of vascular EC proliferative changes in tumorigenesis and development. Methods Surgical resection of gastric cancer tissues and chemically induced rat gastric cancer were performed to observe the structural features of the blood vessels and to label them with anti-human and anti-rat immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Tumors showed a marked hyperplasia of vascular ECs, accounting for about 60% of the total number of blood vessels. These hyperplastic ECs, some of which formed adenoid structures, some were abnormal and cancerous. Conclusion The pathological changes of gastric interstitial vascular KC are important factors in the occurrence and development of tumors. Anti-human factor VIII and anti-mouse VEGF positive also indicate that vascular EC hyperplasia is a tumor-related lesion.
