针对我国篮球赛前训练与比赛脱节的表现及原因 ,提出一天两练负荷安排的依据及负荷合理的搭配模式 ,为篮球训练“从实战出发”提供有益的借鉴。
Aiming at the performance and reasons of the out-of-pitch training and competition in China’s basketball game, this paper puts forward the basis of the two-day exercise schedule and the matching model with reasonable load to provide useful reference for basketball training.
