一台QY20型起重机空载或吊重不超过8t时,工作正常;但当起重量超过8t后,重物则不能被吊起。这时起升工作压力表显示出额定工作压力20MPa,当调高至24MPa时,重物仍不能被吊起。故障分析:由压力表显示的20-24MPa可以判定,该机的起升溢流阀和工作泵都工作正常;后将起升马达上的两根高压胶管互相对调连接,故障依旧。据此,初步判断起升马达存在故障。
A QY20 crane no load or lifting no more than 8t, work properly; but when the lifting capacity of more than 8t, the weight can not be lifted. At this time lifting work pressure gauge shows the rated working pressure 20MPa, when increased to 24MPa, heavy objects still can not be lifted. Failure Analysis: The pressure gauge shows 20-24MPa can be judged that the machine’s lifting relief valve and the working pump are working properly; after the lifting motor on the two high-pressure hose connected to each other, the fault still. Accordingly, a preliminary judgment lift motor failure.
