目的比较三种清洗方法对使用后医疗器械清洗效果。方法采用生物荧光法,对三种清洗方法清洗医疗器械的效果进行了评价。结果用全自动清洗机清洗法、超声清洗法和手工清洗法,对使用后医疗器械的清洗合格率分别为98.75%、88.75%和82.50%。结论全自动清洗机对使用后医疗器械清洗效果最好,生物荧光法可用于医疗器械清洗效果的检测。
Objective To compare the cleaning effects of three cleaning methods on medical devices after use. Methods The biofluorescence method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of three cleaning methods in cleaning medical devices. The results of the automatic cleaning machine cleaning method, ultrasonic cleaning method and hand-washing method, the use of medical devices after cleaning pass rates were 98.75%, 88.75% and 82.50%. Conclusion The automatic washing machine has the best cleaning effect on medical devices after use. The biofluorescence method can be used to detect the cleaning effect of medical devices.
