2012年10月30日,中央政府门户网站公布了《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》,2013年1月1日起该《条例》将正式施行。自2004年10月1日起施行《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》开始,到2010年7月3日《汽车产品召回监督管理条例》(征求意见稿)出台,《条例》在社会各界的争论声中终于得以颁布实施。
