苏联共产党第十九次代表大会的决议和斯大林同志新近的经典著作「苏联社会主义经济问题」,给苏维埃人民开辟了在我国建设共产主义的光辉灿烂的前途。斯大林同志在他的天才著作里指示说,准备从社会主义过渡到共产主义的先决条件之一是:必须使社会达到这样高度的文化发展,保证社会一切成员全面发展他们的体力和智力,使社会成员能获得足以成为社会发展的积极活动家的教育,能自由地选择职业,而不致由于现存的劳动分工而终身束缚于某一种职业。
The resolution of the 19th Communist Conference of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and Comrade Stalin’s recent classic book Socialist Economic Problems in the Soviet Union have opened the bright future for the Soviet people in building communism in our country. Comrade Stalin indicated in his genius writings that one of the preconditions for preparing for the transition from socialism to communism is that it must achieve such a high degree of cultural development in society and ensure that all members of society will develop their physical and mental capacities in an all-round way so that society Members receive education sufficient to be active activists for social development and are free to choose their careers without being tied to a profession for the rest of their life due to the existing division of labor.
