从教育教师与学生关系的内涵着手,探讨德育管理中教师与学生关系的状况及其制约因素,指出现代中德育管理教师与学生应建立良师益友的关系及建立这种关系的切合点.德国近代教育家赫尔巴特曾说:“管理不是教育,管理只能使人不犯规,并未给人的精神世界增添新的东西。唯有使人进步,给人的精神以积极影响才是教育。”学校需要管理,教师和学生都应该有良好的规则意识,但学校管理应突出其教育性,体现其德育无止境意蕴与内涵。
This paper begins with the connotation of the relationship between education teachers and students, discusses the status and constraints of teacher-student relationship in moral education management, and points out that modern Chinese moral education management teachers and students should establish relationships between mentors and students and establish a tie-in point between them. Modern Education in Germany Herbart once said: “Management is not education, management can only make people not foul, does not add new things to the spiritual world. Only make people progress, give people a positive impact on the spirit of education. ”The school needs to be managed. Both teachers and students should have a good sense of the rules. However, school management should emphasize its education and reflect the endless implication and connotation of its moral education.
