市场经济的建立和发展对国有企业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,国有企业改革成为了我国经济体制改革的中心环节。而国有企业改革的重点是国有产权制度改革。本文介绍了新制度经济学的产权理论和现代企业产权制度的内容,分析了当前我国国企产权制度存在的问题,结合现代企业产权制度,提出了新制度经济下的我国国企产权制度改革新思路。
The establishment and development of a market economy have brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of state-owned enterprises. The reform of state-owned enterprises has become the central link in China’s economic structural reform. The reform of state-owned enterprises focuses on the reform of the state-owned property rights system. This paper introduces the property rights theory of the new institutional economics and the content of modern enterprise property rights system, analyzes the existing problems of the property rights system of the state-owned enterprises in our country, and puts forward a new idea of the reform of the property rights system of the state-owned enterprises under the new institutional economy in light of the modern enterprise property rights system.
