大学英语教学改革和《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》的颁布,为大学英语教师明确了教学目标,提供了发展机遇的同时也提出了巨大的挑战。第一,大学英语教师需要摸索提高学生听说能力的路子,同时在教学中培养学生的跨文化意识和能力。第二,计算机辅助教学手段要求教师熟练掌握计算机操作的能力,以及编写课件的能力。第三,随着新的教学模式的建立,教师要转变教育理念。
The reform of college English teaching and the promulgation of the “Requirements for Teaching English for College English (Trial)” have clarified the teaching objectives for college English teachers and provided opportunities for development as well as great challenges. First, college English teachers need to explore ways to improve their listening and speaking skills, and at the same time develop students’ cross-cultural awareness and ability in teaching. Second, computer-assisted teaching methods require teachers to master the skills of computer operations and the ability to write courseware. Third, with the establishment of a new teaching model, teachers should change their educational concepts.
