Based on the visual function and visual comfort of the driver, this article introduces the visibility standard of small target and its influencing factors under the condition of traffic light of motor vehicle. At the same time, it also discusses a novel design standard of road lighting and proposes to adopt Digital lighting design method for road lighting design
