热轧管料坯孔加工中,如何提高半成品深孔直线度、壁厚均匀度、光洁度及效率是机械行业的共同课题,其中孔形直线度是最主要的关键。只要有一个直线度较高的粗孔,提高精度和光洁度的问题就不难解决了。为了降低成本,飞机起落架筒杆件多数采用热轧管料,而这些热轧管料往往又是属难加工的高强度合金钢,如30CrMnSiA、30CrMnSiNi2A等。对于这类管料的深孔加工,我们航空企业还没有形成一套完善的标准工艺流程,各厂的加工方法设备和刀具也各有异,本文意见仅供各同行参考。
How to improve the deep hole straightness, wall thickness uniformity, smoothness and efficiency of semi-finished products is a common subject in the mechanical industry in the hot rolling tube material billet processing, among which the straightness of hole shape is the most important key. As long as there is a thick straight hole, improve the accuracy and finish of the problem is not difficult to solve. In order to reduce costs, the majority of aircraft landing gear rod material with hot-rolled pipe material, and these hot-rolled pipe material is often difficult to be processed high strength alloy steel, such as 30CrMnSiA, 30CrMnSiNi2A and so on. For deep-hole processing of such tube materials, we aviation enterprises have not yet formed a complete set of standard process, the processing methods and equipment of various plants and tools are also different, the views of this article is for reference only.
