目前,我国对中小企业的发展越来越重视,中小企业的数量也在逐渐的增多。我国中小企业的发展不但在很大程度上推动了我国的经济发展,而且对我国就业压力的缓解也有很大的作用。但在市场竞争日益激烈的社会背景下,中小企业的发展面临着诸多问题与挑战,尤其在融资问题上面,中小企业的运作与发展必然离不开资金的需求,如果没有资金的投入,必然会导致企业的运作不畅,在一定程度上影响企业的发展,使得企业最终失去竞争力。所以,为使我国中小企业得到更、更快的发展,就必须明确中小企业再融资方面的问题与困境,并积极努力探索有效解决的措施。
