1986年4月23日是莎士比亚四百二十二周年诞辰。中国莎士比亚研究会和中央戏剧学院、上海戏剧学院等单位将分别在北京、上海举办首届莎士比亚戏剧节。届时将由天津人艺、中国青艺、上海青话、上海人艺、上戏学院、浙江省话、陕西人艺、上海京剧院、武汉话剧院和西安话剧院等单位演出莎翁的《李尔王》《威尼斯商人》《驯悍记》《奥赛罗》《第十二夜》《理查三世》等剧目。安徽省黄梅戏剧团亦将赴沪参加演出《无事生非》一剧。该剧由金芝改编,蒋维国、孙怀仁导演,王文治、谢国华、陈精根作曲,王少舫、马兰、黄新德、吴琼主演。
April 23, 1986 is the 412th anniversary of Shakespeare. China Shakespeare Research Association and the Central Academy of Drama, Shanghai Theater Academy and other units will be held in Beijing, Shanghai, the first Shakespeare Festival. Will be performed by Tianjin Arts, China Youth Arts, Shanghai Qinghai, Shanghai Art, Shang Opera Institute, Zhejiang Province, Shaanxi Art, Shanghai Peking Opera, Wuhan Theater and Xi’an Theater and other units Shakespeare’s “Lear King ”“ Merchant of Venice ”“ Taming of the Titans ”“ Othello ”“ Twelfth Night ”“ Richard III ”and other repertoire. Huangmei Theater Company of Anhui Province will also attend the show in Shanghai, “No Matter” drama. The play is adapted by Jin Zhi, Jiang Weiguo, director Sun Huairen, Wang Wenzhi, Xie Guohua, Chen Jinggen composer, Wang Shaofang, Ma Lan, Huang Xinde, Wu Qiong starring.
