一种组织形式和经济制度之所以能够在交易成本方面优于另一种组织形式和制度的原因是多方面的,而且这些因素又是相互作用的。本文仅讨论人际关系模式对不同组织形式的交易成本进而对一个社会和组织形式上的特点的影响。为研究这一问题,首先需要对人际关系模式、组织形式及组织的交易成本作一定的分类。
There are many reasons why an organizational form and an economic institution are able to outperform another organizational form and system in terms of transaction costs, and these factors interact with each other. This article discusses only the impact of the interpersonal relationship model on the transaction costs of different organizational forms and, in turn, the social and organizational formalities. To study this issue, we first need to classify the human relations model, organizational form and the transaction costs of the organization.
