由于高等职业院校的发展内涵的确定,该类院校的师资队伍建设有了新的要求,在要求中具体提出了教师不仅能够对学生的实验和实训技能的操作进行指导,同时还能和企业中的工程技术人员一起进行创新技术的研究和开发,在企业攻克关键技术中产生积极的作用。在高职院校中引入企业工程师结合任教的合作制度下,不仅要求将学生实践和操作性较强的课程交给企业的工程师担任,同时还要求工程师对学生的毕业任务设计进行指导,实现企业的研发和学生的毕业设计进行结合。
