TRH对中枢神经系统的作用可概括为:抗抑郁作用,拮抗苯巴比妥和增强L-多巴的作用。Prang等报告10例抑郁症患者1次静注TRH 0.6mg,几小时内症状即获改善,翌日作用达最高峰。然而疗效不显著,症状仅可减轻一半,未能达到完全缓解,停药1周后症状复发。因此,单用TRH疗效不佳。另外,据报告,TRH对戒酒后的抑郁症状亦可奏效。给精神分裂症患者静注0.5mg TRH,也可使行为发生变化,其作用待续时间不等,行为变化亦因人而异,或者改善,或者恶化等。据称,TRH虽然对帕金森氏病的神经症状无效,但因使脑力活动增强,因而可产生舒适感。对正常人采用双盲法进行检定,静注0.5mg(检查腺脑垂体机能的用量)后,可缓解精神紧张,产生轻度欣快和精力充沛感。日本次祖文江,对
