For busy modern workers, overtime is always easy to happen, and, somehow, overtime is like a vicious circle, often more often. The result of this is that people’s power is often confused, their energy is sluggish, their work efficiency and their quality of life are greatly reduced. Therefore, health experts suggest that unless the last resort, it is best not to work overtime, because overtime will become an “addiction”, unknowingly fall into the mud of the work unable to extricate themselves. Psychological experts analysis, the reason why many people have to work overtime, the main reason is that the time is not properly allocated, will the original more reasonable workload. A habitual overtime, usually subconsciously deliberately self-inflicted. For example, someone who pursues excessive perfection always likes to demand herself with unreasonable high standards. He insists that he has to work in every detail without any delay. As a result, work progress has been delayed repeatedly and overtime has to be completed. There is also another kind of person who, irrespective of priority, likes to grasp all things and thinks that “it is impossible for oneself”, as if it is enough to show their importance. The result is not only exhausted, but often forced to work overtime. There is also a kind of people because they do not know how to refuse the request of others, no matter how busy and tired, as long as the boss or other colleagues open: “Please, help me, plus a class!”
