目的 :建立麻咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的方法。方法 :HPLC法 ,色谱柱 :HypersilODS2 (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 2 0 0mm) ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (磷酸调至pH 2 .5 ) (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 :2 10nm。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱在 4~12 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999,n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD :1.2 %。结论 :本方法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制指标之一。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Cough Syrup. METHODS: The HPLC method was developed on a Hypersil ODS2 column (5 μm, 4.6 mm × 200 mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 2.5) 2 0:80), detection wavelength: 2 10nm. Results: Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linearity (r = 0.9999, n = 5) in the range of 4 to 12 μg with an average recovery of 99.1% and a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as one of the quality control indicators of the preparation.
