雪莲为菊科青木香属植物,据记载对于风湿性关节炎、妇女小腹冷痛、闭经、胎衣不下、麻疹不透,肺寒咳嗽,阳萎等症有效。我们对采自天山的雪莲(Saussrea involucrata Kar.et Kin.)进行了化学成分和药理作用研究,现将实验结果摘要报告如下。一、化学成分预试和总碱提取经化学成分预试,雪莲中含有内酯、黄酮、甾醇、生物碱、挥发油和还原糖等。从雪莲中提得总黄酮和总生物碱。总碱中至少含有4种成分。
Saussurea is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae Acorus, and it is reported that it is effective for rheumatoid arthritis, cold abdominal pain in women, amenorrhea, retention of placenta, measles, cold cough, and impotence. We studied the chemical composition and pharmacology of Saussrea involucrata Kar.et Kin. collected from the Tianshan Mountains. We now report the results of the experiments as follows. First, the chemical composition of the pre-test and total alkali extraction by chemical composition pre-test, snow lotus contains lactones, flavonoids, sterols, alkaloids, volatile oil and reducing sugar. Total flavonoids and total alkaloids were extracted from Saussurea. The total alkali contains at least 4 components.
