整体式驱动桥壳普遍应用于各类汽车上,由于形状复杂,因此应力计算比较困难。本文以某型号的斯太尔驱动桥桥壳为研究对象,利用UG三维软件建立模型将其导入有限元软件ANSYS中进行有限元计算,进行静态强度分析。 Integral drive axle housing is widely used in various types of vehicles, because of the complex shape, so the stress calculation is more difficult. In this paper, a certain type of Steyr axle-driven axle and axle housing is taken as the research object. The UG three-dimensional software is used to build the model and the finite element method is introduced into the finite element software ANSYS for static strength analysis.
