基于故障假设法的飞机电气专业实践教学研究

针对飞机维修专业学生工程实践能力欠缺的问题,在飞机电气专业实践教学中,基于“故障假设法”开展飞机排故训练。在充分利用校内现有资源的基础上,通过假设飞机故障现象、分析故障原因、制定排故方案、具体操作测试等实践环节,学生既动脑又动手,实习积极性、参与性显著提高。实践结果表明,故障假设法的应用使基础理论与工程实践有机结合,学生不仅建立了飞机排故的基本理念,而且有效提升了工程实践能力。从2008级飞机电气专业160余名学生对该实习的评价看,学生认可度较高,反馈良好。 In order to solve the problem of engineering practice abilities of students majoring in aircraft maintenance, in the practical teaching of aircraft electrical specialty, the training of aircraft troubleshooting is carried out based on “Fault Hypothesis Method ”. On the basis of making full use of the existing resources in the school, the students are both motivated and motivated by the phenomenon of aircraft failure, the analysis of the causes of failure, the formulation of troubleshooting plans and specific operational tests. The students’ enthusiasm for internship and participation are significantly improved. The practical results show that the application of the fault assumption method can combine the basic theory and engineering practice. The students not only established the basic concept of aircraft troubleshooting, but also effectively enhanced the engineering practice ability. More than 160 students from the Class of Aircraft and Electrical Engineering in 2008 rated the internship as high recognition and good feedback.
