系统研究了IF钢浇铸过程的纯净度,通过对RH-中间包-铸坯T[O]和[N]研究表明:中间包至铸坯,T[O]平均含量由31×10-6降至20×10-6,[N]平均含量则由16.5×10-6增加至19.6×10-6。对一浇次前三炉中间包钢液夹杂物分析表明:随开浇进行小于2μm夹杂物总数显著减低,总数减小在50%以上。对头尾坯和正常坯的表层夹杂物原位分析表明:头坯的Al系夹杂物含量明显高于正常坯和尾坯,内外弧表面不同深度Al系夹杂物含量分布趋势一致,距离表层1.6 mm处时,Al系夹杂物的含量最低,超过1.6 mm时,Al系夹杂物含量上升,超过3.2mm后夹杂物含量下降。
The purity of IF steel casting process was systematically studied. The results of T [O] and [N] tests on RH- tundish-billet show that the average content of T [O] decreases from 31 × 10-6 To 20 × 10-6, the average content of [N] increased from 16.5 × 10-6 to 19.6 × 10-6. The analysis of the inclusions in molten steel of three tundish tundish showed that the total number of inclusions less than 2μm decreased obviously with pouring, and the total number decreased by more than 50%. The in-situ analysis of surface inclusions in the tailstock and the normal billet showed that the content of Al-based inclusions in the headstock was significantly higher than that of the normal and tailstocks. The distribution of Al-based inclusions in the depths of the inner and outer arcs showed the same trend, , The content of Al-based inclusions is the lowest. When the content of Al-based inclusions exceeds 1.6 mm, the content of Al-based inclusions increases. When the content exceeds 3.2 mm, the content of inclusions decreases.
