车辆传动装置部件温度建模与计算分析

为研究车辆传动装置部件温度,根据传热学的基本理论,应用热网络法建立了一种车辆传动装置部件温度模型,并提出求解方法。对某型装甲车辆传动装置部件温度进行了计算,得到不同工况下传动装置的部件温度,将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,最高车速工况传动装置三轴温度最高,最大负荷工况液力变矩器温度最高,最大负荷工况侧减速器的温度比最高车速工况高。 In order to study the temperature of vehicle transmission components, a temperature model of vehicle transmission components was established based on the basic theory of heat transfer using the method of heat network and a solution method was proposed. The temperature of the transmission parts of a certain type of armored vehicle was calculated, and the temperature of the components of the transmission under different conditions was obtained. The calculated results were compared with the test results. The results show that the maximum triaxial temperature of the highest speed condition transmission is the highest, the torque converter has the highest temperature under the maximum load condition, and the temperature of the side reducer at the maximum load condition is higher than the highest speed condition.
