为了探究养生温度对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能的影响,研究了10、25、40、60、80℃共5种不同养生温度下泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的力学性能、低温性能和抗疲劳性能。试验结果表明:提高养生温度后泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学强度、低温抗裂性能和抗疲劳性能显著提高;建议泡沫沥青冷再生混合料设计与施工细则在配合比设计阶段采用40℃养生,并揭示了室内混合料设计试件养生温度应当与现场施工气温一致的重要性及必要性。
In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the road performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture, the mechanical properties, low temperature properties and resistance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture at 10, 25, 40, 60 and 80 ℃ were studied. Fatigue performance. The results show that the mechanical strength, low-temperature anti-cracking performance and anti-fatigue performance of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture increase significantly after the temperature is raised. It is suggested that the design and construction details of the foam asphalt cold recycled mixture adopt the method of 40 ℃ The importance and necessity of keeping the temperature of curing test of indoor mixture design specimen in line with the temperature in the field should be revealed.
