粒子间的相互作用与土壤结构的关系极为重要。但这种相互关系很难测定,因此经常使用粘着性、塑性、胀缩性、表面积以及沉定容积等做为指标。沉定容积的大小与粒子间的吸引力、排斥力和粒子排列有关系。一般说来,粘土矿物沉定容积大小的顺序是:蒙脱石>伊利石>高岭石;并认为这是由于表面积大小不同而引起的。作者采用灰色低地土(水稻土)11种、赤色土6种和黄色土12种为供试材料,研究粘粒表面积和矿物组成与沉定容积之间的关系。
The relationship between particle interactions and soil structure is extremely important. However, this correlation is difficult to determine, so often use the adhesive, plasticity, shrinkage, surface area and sedimentation volume as an indicator. In general, the order of settling volume of clay minerals is: montmorillonite> illite> kaolinite; and this is due to the difference in surface area. The authors used 11 low gray soil (paddy soil), 6 red soil and 12 yellow soil as test materials to study the relationship between the surface area of clay and mineral composition and sedimentation volume.
